HK Jockey Club Clap For Youth

This project is Hong Kong’s first cross-sectoral support platform that helps students and youth navigate their futures. Boasting an evidence-based intervention model, professional career and life planning teams, a one-stop e-portal and parent and employer engagement – all to foster an enabling environment for young people to use their talents to find a place in the world.

A one-stop portal that provides online services for young people aged between 15 and 24. Jointly launched by the former Efficiency Unit and RTHK, this site was established in 2007. Their vision is to link up with the youth by providing services to new platforms and exploring new opportunities.

The Samaritan Befrienders HK

SBHK is a Hong Kong based voluntary agency established in 1960. Rooted in the teachings of the the Good Samaritan in the Bible who always stretched forth a helping hand to the distressed and helpless. Through the giving of support and rendering emotional counselling to those in need, SBHK helps them to help themselves.

Fully funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club, this is the first mental health project catered for women. This project aims at helping women to identify emotional and mental needs, providing early intervention and care.
